Building Reports
We will assess a property to determine any incomplete building work and work that is non-compliant with the building contract, the building codes, standards and guides, and manufacturers’ specifications.
Building stage assessments
Prior to you making payment to your builder, we will assess the building works to determine whether the builder has achieved the building stage. Our report will include any non-compliances in the building works. You can make payment with peace of mind that you are well informed.
Pre-construction surveys
A detailed report on the condition of your property prior to construction works being undertaken on an adjacent property. If anything happens during construction, we can then provide an opinion whether the building works have caused damage to your property.
