James Wilson
James Wilson completed a Diploma of Building at Box Hill Institute and was the Top Building Student in 2002 and 2003.
James commenced his construction career working for a Melbourne developer supervising residential property development and site management of a commercial business park.
James has experience in project management including estimating, construction programmes, contract administration and working with clients to achieve the project goals.
James was a member of the constabulary of Victoria Police.
James has appeared in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court and County Court.
James has been working as a building consultant for more than 10 years and has been responsible for the management of a team of building consultants for 3 years.
James is a Registered Building Practitioner, a member of the Building Disputes Practitioner Society, a member of the Australian Society of Building Consultants, and a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria.
Dan Holt
Dan completed his studies to become an electrician at Swinburne and has completed special class qualifications in Hazardous Area Wiring and Naval Defence wiring systems and commissioning.
Dan commenced his construction career as an electrician working to a leading hand, foreman and project manager of multi-storey commercial and residential spaces. From high rise work, Dan managed and supervised fire alarm installations, terminations and commissioning at large scale industrial projects including the Victorian Desalination Plant, Queensland Gas and Mining, and Australia’s largest navel ships the HMAS Adelaide and HMAS Canberra.
Dan has supervised the construction of over 100 homes with a leading Melbourne volume builder and has had experience in all aspects of domestic building processes and quality assurance.
Dan has been working as a building consultant for over 2 years.
Dan is a licenced electrician and a member of the Building Disputes Practitioner Society.
